This is my most favorite in that meme or collage or whatever; Keniichiru giving this cute <moe> smile. This smile breaks the coldest and hardest of hearts, save for his little boss Nen. And yeah, I also want to ship them (Nen and Keniichiru, almost the same as MeryatxIsidore) but imagining it makes me think that he's a pedo or a perv, after all the age gap.
